Historical Appearance
We have been carefully restoring facades, hand-molded bricks made at the manufactories of Chelnokov and Gerasimov (for example, the Polytechnic Museum was built from such bricks); we have been delicately recreating the historical appearance of the palace windows and doors, forged elements (lanterns, visors, ebbs).
The mosaics on the Master's and Reception houses were laid out in the Venetian technique by craftsmen from Frolov's workshop who are also responsible for all the mosaics of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood in St. Petersburg.
Solemn Architecture
Natural stone in the decoration of the basement of the facades enriches the architecture, giving it a special solemnity.
Modern standards of living
Each mansion is redesigned to meet modern standards of comfortable luxurious living.
The layouts are thought out to the smallest detail and are as functional as possible. The mansions have enough space to arrange any premises: a library, a gym, a screening room, a billiard room, a spa.
See the mansionsAll the buildings are connected by an underground gallery.
The underground gallery provides a higher level of security; it can be used in case of bad weather, during various events, etc.
This solution has several other advantages: the space of the mansion is optimized so that the waiting staff can properly perform their duties and move around the territory without disturbing the peace and privacy of the owners.
Each mansion has a separate entrance for staff.
Engineering Systems
All the mansions are equipped with up-to-date engineering systems. Monitoring,
control, and management equipment is located in a separate central control room.
