The architectural ensemble in late eclectic style

The manor was created in the 19th century by Konstantin Bykovsky (the Moscow Imperial Orphanage near the Kremlin was also built according to his design) and Vasily Barkov. The project was financed by Count Orlov-Davydov.

Historical Appearance

We carefully restore facades, hand-molded bricks made at the manufactories of Chelnokov and Gerasimov (for example, the Polytechnic Museum was built from such bricks); we delicately recreate historical appearance of windows, doors, forged elements (lanterns, visors, ebbs).

Mosaics of the Master’s and Reception Houses were made in Venetian style.

Solemn Architecture

Natural stone in the decoration of the basement of the facades enriches the architecture, giving it a special solemnity.

Each mansion is redesigned to meet modern standards of comfortable luxurious living.

The layouts are thought out to the smallest detail and are as functional as possible. The mansions are spacious enough to arrange any premises: library, gym, cinema, billiard room, and spa.

The underground gallery provides a higher level of security; it can be used in case of bad weather, during various events, etc.

This solution has several other advantages: the space of the manor is optimized so that the service staff can properly perform their duties and move around the territory without disturbing the peace and privacy of the owners.

Each mansion has a separate staff entrance.

Engineering Systems

All the mansions are equipped with modern engineering systems. Monitoring,
control, and management equipment is located in a separate central control room.

A gas boiler room provides autonomous heating and hot water supply.
There are areas available for installing ventilation with a double cleaning system, exhaust shafts, etc.
Preparatory works for installation of a centralized adiabatic humidification system are performed.
