HISTORICAL TREES AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Thanks to 278 trees, 1,300 shrubs and 10,000 clipped bushes, the park is a truly private and cozy space. Some of the 120 historical trees were planted in the 19th century: 200-year-old oaks, maples, lindens, elms and ash trees over 23 meters high.

PRIVACY AND COMFORT

A garden with birds, walking paths, a lawn for games, green mazes and "secret rooms" is hidden from strangers’ eyes and allows to fully enjoy the atmosphere of privacy and comfort. Also in the park there are flower beds, flowerpots, a gazebo, pergolas, sculptures, benches.

FOUNTAINS

There are two fountains in the territory of the mansion: on the front square, facing the entrance to the Master's House and the Reception House, and at the beginning of the linden alley. In winter, this will be the perfect place for a Christmas tree.

The park and facades of mansions are equipped with a designer lighting that beautifully plays with the historical elements of the mansion.

CONVENIENT AND FUNCTIONAL ZONING

The mansion territory is zoned assuming different scenarios of life in it.

a front part of the courtyard with a garden square and a fountain between the Master's House and the Reception House;
a private part of the territory for residents with a historical linden alley, water surfaces and a maze;
a remoted private territory of 1,300 sq.m by the Guest house;
a small garden by the Guest house;
“secret rooms” in the maze by the Master’s house;
a “secret room” in the maze by the Reception house;
a patio by the Reception house.
